The team at the Mobility Lab is made up of experienced experts in the interface of mobility and geographic information. Different priorities of the individual team members enable complementary collaboration and the introduction of a wide range of expertise. These range from the analysis of traffic and sociogeographical data to the modeling of traffic flows and the programming of usage-specific applications and tools. The technically sound knowledge and broad experience on the subject of active mobility represent the added value for the projects of the mobility laboratory. The activities range from research, university teaching, feasibility studies and process support.

Our department is located in the north of the city of Salzburg and is part of the Science City Itzling. The Mobility Lab is easy to be reached by bike and public transport. The Salzach river with green riverbanks and cycle ways on both sides is just a stone’s throw away.
